Allowed files #

| Size | Up to 10 MB each |
| When | Only while the resource is a draft or needs revision |
Files are checked by their actual content type, not just their name, and stored under an unpredictable name outside direct web access.
Add a file #
- Open your draft in My PKOUG → Knowledge.
- Under Attachments, choose the file in Add attachment.
- Select Upload attachment (or upload while saving the draft).
Who can download #
Attachments download only from a published resource, and only for people who may read it: everyone for a Public resource, and signed-in members with a current membership for a Members resource. Reviewers can remove an attachment during review.
