Event, programme, venue, refreshment, recording and technology sponsorships are all sponsorships: they carry recognition for a defined period in return for a contribution. They are agreed directly with the team rather than bought from this page.

How PkOUG works with organisations

  • No guaranteed leads, no guaranteed attendance, and no guaranteed hiring or business outcomes.
  • No access to private member data. Member contact details are never shared.
  • Sponsored content is identified as sponsored wherever it appears.
  • Technical and editorial content remains subject to PkOUG review.
  • Logo use requires written permission, in both directions.
  • Sponsor benefits expire with the sponsorship term. They are not open-ended.
  • Sponsorship does not create authority over PkOUG governance, programme or committee decisions.
