As a member: My PKOUG → Proposals #
Open /member/proposals.php. You can submit two kinds of proposal.
Propose a SIG — SIG name, technology or focus area, purpose and value, how it will work, who it is for, leadership and organising team, first 90 days, and optionally the support you need from PKOUG.
Propose an event — event title, format (webinar, session or meetup), chapter, what attendees will gain, topic outline and speaker plan, intended audience (optional), preferred date or window, and duration in minutes.
After you submit #
- The proposal appears under Submitted proposals with its status.
- The PKOUG team may reply in the Conversation; you can Send reply to add information.
- You can Withdraw this proposal. Withdrawing stops the review but keeps the history.
Creating a proposal or replying needs a current membership. If your membership lapses, you can still read your proposals and the team's replies.
As a visitor: the public SIG form #
Propose a SIG collects your details and the SIG idea in four parts. The form is protected against automated submissions. Submissions reach the PKOUG team for review; submitting creates no SIG.
