Speaking at PKOUG events

Propose a session, and learn how verified speaking is recognised on your profile and in contribution points.

Offer a session #

  • Members: propose an event from My PKOUG → Proposals, including your topic outline and speaker plan. See Proposing a SIG or an event.
  • Chapter and SIG volunteers: coordinate with your chapter or SIG leaders.

Verified speakers #

After an event, an events administrator can record you as a verified speaker for your role. Verification:

  • earns +50 contribution points and +15 reputation once for that event and role;
  • counts toward the Pakistan Oracle Speaker community badge;
  • may be linked to a Knowledge resource holding your slides or recording.

Slides and recordings can be shared in the Knowledge Hub as a Presentation or Event Recording. See Submitting a Knowledge resource.
